PER CURIAM. We review the trial court’s denial of appellant’s petition for writ of habeas corpus in which he alleges detention in Gulf County. Because the Leon County Circuit Court has no jurisdiction to consider the issue, we affirm the order without prejudice to file a petition in the proper court. State v. Sampson, 297 So.2d 120 (Fla. 4th DCA 1974). AFFIRMED. JOANOS, LAWRENCE and VAN NORTWICK, JJ., CONCUR.
