STATE of Florida v. Lawrence A. MOHLMAN
PER CURIAM.
We reverse the trial court’s dismissal of appellee’s felony DUI charges, and remand for further proceedings, on authority of State v. Swartz, 734 So.2d 448 (Fla. 4th DCA 1999).
