For the reasons found in the companion case rendered this date under the caption number 99-521 Gomez v. Sundowner Offshore Serv., Inc., (La.App. 3 Cir. 10/6/99); 745 So.2d 104, the judgment of the workers’ compensation judge is affirmed. Costs of this appeal are assessed to the appellant.
