Pincheon v. State

On Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court BASCHAB, Judge. In accordance with the Alabama Supreme Court’s opinion, Ex parte Pincheon, 751 So.2d 1219 (Ala. 1999), we reverse the circuit court’s judgment and remand this cause to the circuit court, for proceedings consistent with that opinion. REVERSED AND REMANDED. LONG, P.J., and McMILLAN, COBB, and FRY, JJ., concur.
