Danny Lee BROWN v. STATE of Florida

PER CURIAM. The order denying the motion for jail time credit is affirmed without prejudice to file a motion that affirmatively alleges and demonstrates on the face of the record an entitlement to additional jail time credit. Daily v. State, 750 So.2d 37 (Fla. 4th DCA 1999). DELL, POLEN and HAZOURI, JJ., concur.
