State v. Gonzalez

PER CURIAM. The State of Florida appeals from the trial court’s grant of defendant’s motion to dismiss based upon a finding that the State’s traverse was legally insufficient. We affirm based on State v. Kalogeropolous, 758 So.2d 110 (Fla.2000) which disapproved State v. Blanco, 432 So.2d 633 (Fla. 3d DCA 1983). Affirmed.
