UPON REINSTATEMENT OF JURISDICTION
PER CURIAM.
Community Environments, Inc. and Church of All Faiths, Inc. were originally severed from this appeal due to a pending bankruptcy proceeding. This bankruptcy stay has been lifted, and we summarily reverse the trial court’s dismissal against them on the authority of Eldridge v. Mul
[605] ti-Resources, 695 So.2d 1320 (Fla. 4th DCA 1997).
REVERSED and REMANDED.
