Timms v. State

PER CURIAM. We affirm the trial court’s denial of appellant’s motion for post-conviction relief. See Battle v. State, 761 So.2d 1177 (Fla. 4th DCA 2000). This affirmance is without prejudice for appellant to seek administrative relief on the issue of his gain time claim. See Clements v. State, 761 So.2d 1245 (Fla. 2nd DCA 2000).
