PER CURIAM. We reverse and remand the case for the trial court to conduct an evidentiary hearing or to attach portions of the record conclusively refuting the appellant’s claim that no factual basis existed for his plea. See Sherwood v. State, 734 So.2d 1050 (Fla. 1st DCA 1998). BARFIELD, C.J., MINER and PADOVANO, JJ., CONCUR.
