CONFESSION OF ERROR PER CURIAM. Upon the State’s proper confession of error based upon section 790.10, Florida Statutes (1993); Vance v. State, 472 So.2d 734 (Fla.1985); Solomon v. State, 442 So.2d 1030 (Fla. 1st DCA 1983), we reverse one of the appellant’s two convictions and sentences for the improper exhibition of a dangerous weapon and remand to the trial court with instructions to vacate the same. Reversed and remanded with instructions.
