Skeens v. State

PER CURIAM. Tyrone J. Skeens appeals his sentence for an offense occurring on March 5, 1996. The sentence was imposed pursuant to the 1995 sentencing guidelines. We remand this case to the trial court to reconsider the sentence imposed. See Smith v. State, 761 So.2d 419 (Fla. 2d DCA 2000). ALTENBERND, A.C.J., and WHATLEY and NORTHCUTT, JJ„ concur.
