John Thomas WHITE v. STATE of Florida

PER CURIAM. The order of the trial court denying Mr. White’s request for jail time credit is affirmed without prejudice to allow the filing of a properly sworn motion pursuant to rule 3.850 of the Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure. See Daily v. State, 750 So.2d 37 (Fla. 4th DCA 1999). AFFIRMED. THOMPSON, C.J., SHARP, W., and PALMER JJ., concur.
