The judgment and sentence entered by the trial court are affirmed, .with the exception that cause is remanded to the trial court for the purpose of correcting the scrivener’s error — classifying the offense in Count III as a second-degree felony — to read second-degree misdemeanor. Affirmed in part; remanded in part.
