Cooper v. Florida Unemployment Appeals

PER CURIAM. Marcus A. Cooper appeals from the denial of his application for unemployment compensation benefits. Based upon our decision in Patterson v. FPL Group, Inc., 770 So.2d 298 (Fla. 3d DCA 2000), we reverse and remand with instructions to reinstate the referee’s determination that there was no disqualifying conduct and that the appellant is eligible for unemployment benefits. Reversed and remanded.
