Tribble v. State

After Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court FRY, Judge. Pursuant to the Alabama Supreme Court’s decision in Ex parte Tribble, 783 So.2d 69 (Ala.2000), the trial court’s judgment is due to be reversed and the cause remanded to the trial court “to vacate the defendant’s conviction for leaving the scene and to enter a judgment of acquittal on that charge.” 783 So.2d at 73.
