McAfee v. State

HARRIS, J. We affirm the conviction but under the authority of Blackiston v. State, 111 So.2d 524 (Fla. 5th DCA 2000), strike that portion of the judgment subjecting McAfee to the Collections Court Program. Conviction AFFIRMED; sentence modified. GRIFFIN and PLEUS, JJ., concur.
