For the reasons set forth in Gardes Directional Drilling, Inc., et al. v. Debra Bennett and Van M. Bennett, a/k/a V.M. Bennett, and a/k/a V.M. Bennett, 01-0080 (La.App. 3 Cir.6/6/01); 787 So.2d 1201, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
