LIFE & HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA, Liberty National Life Insurance Company, and Monumental Life Insurance Company v. TREASURER OF THE STATE of Florida and Department of Insurance

BROWNING, J. This is a consolidated appeal of substantially identical emergency Orders to Cease and Desist issued by Appellee to Appellants, which are life-insurance companies authorized to do business in Florida. For the same reasons set forth in a related consolidated appeal, United Insurance Co. of America v. State Department of Insurance, 793 So.2d 1182 (Fla. 1st DCA 2001), the orders are REVERSED. ALLEN, C.J., and VAN NORTWICK, J., concur.
