Keeton v. State

On Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court McMILLAN, Presiding Judge. Based on the Alabama Supreme Court’s decision in Ex parte Keeton, 797 So.2d 421 [422] (Ala.2000), the trial court’s judgment is to be reversed and the cause remanded to the trial court. REVERSED AND REMANDED. COBB, BASCHAB, SHAW, and WISE, JJ., concur.
