Sjuts v. State

PER CURIAM. We initially accepted review of the decision of a district court of appeal in Sjuts v. State, 774 So.2d 783 (Fla. 2d DCA 2000), which allegedly affected a class of state or constitutional officers. See art. V, § 3(b)(3), Fla. Const. Upon further consideration, we find that review was improvidently granted. Accordingly, this review proceeding is dismissed. It is so ordered.
