Humberto CARDENAS v. STATE of Florida

PER CURIAM. Affirmed without prejudice to appellant applying to the Department of Corrections to consider his claim for additional credit for time spent in the county jail after sentencing. See Moreland v. State, 700 So.2d 800 (Fla. 4th DCA 1997). POLEN, C.J., KLEIN and SHAHOOD, JJ., concur.
