In re Berzas, Bridgette Fruge; — Defendant; Applying for Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of Evangeline, 18th Judicial District Court Div. B, No. 59,780 B; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. 01-857. Granted. The judgment of the court of appeal dismissing relator’s appeal is vacated and set aside, and the appeal is reinstated. See Burleigh v. State Farm Ins., 458 So.2d 931 (La.1984).
