E. L. v. STATE of Florida, DEPT. OF CHILDREN AND FAMILY
PER CURIAM. Affirmed. See The Florida Bar v. Hooper, 509 So.2d 289, 290-91 (Fla.1987)(Where clear and convincing evidence is required, the trial court’s findings should not be overturned on appeal unless the findings are clearly erroneous or lacking in evidentiary support). The record in this case is replete with evidence of abuse, neglect, and abandonment that justifies the trial court’s termination of the mother’s parental rights.
