State v. Robinson

PER CURIAM. The petition for writ of mandamus is granted, and the trial court is directed to promptly render a written order memorializing its ruling concerning the exclusion of fingerprint evidence. See State v. Sullivan, 640 So.2d 77 (Fla. 2d DCA 1994)(trial court’s failure to enter written order necessary to seek appellate review may be remedied through mandamus).
