PER CURIAM.
We conclude that the trial court correctly interpreted the deed restrictions here at issue. See Vetzel v. Brown, 86 So.2d 138 (Fla.1956); Maule Industries, Inc. v. Sheffield Steel Products, Inc., 105 So.2d 798 (Fla. 3d DCA 1958).
Affirmed.
