NATIONAL JUDGMENT RECOVERY AGENCY, INC. v. Robert G. HARRIS and Illustrated Properties Realty, Inc.
PER CURIAM.
This is a companion case to National Judgment Recovery Agency Incorporated v. Harris, 826 So.2d 1034 (Fla. 4th DCA 2002) . Because the issue raised in that case is identical to the one raised in this companion case, for the reasons expressed in our en banc opinion in that case, we hereby reverse and remand for consistent proceedings.
REVERSED.
