PER CURIAM. Reversed and Remanded. See American Employers’ Ins. Co.v. Taylor, 476 So.2d 281 (Fla. 1st DCA 1985)(reversing trial court’s order granting new trial); Franqui v. State, 804 So.2d 1185, 1194 (Fla.2001)(ruling that any error by trial court’s comment made during jury selection process was harmless; the final jury instructions were consistent with the standard jury instructions).
