Howard v. State

PER CURIAM. Alvin Howard appeals the summary denial of his motion to correct an illegal sentence. We affirm without prejudice to any right Howard might have to challenge the Prison Releasee Reoffender Punishment Act sentence imposed on him for attempted burglary. See Christopher v. State, 821 So.2d 1275 (Fla. 2d DCA 2002). Affirmed. NORTHCUTT, SALCINES, and STRINGER, JJ., Concur.
