PER CURIAM. Based on State v. Davis, 838 So.2d 696 (Fla. 5th DCA 2003), the trial court’s order dismissing the information is reversed. REVERSED and REMANDED. GRIFFIN, PLEUS and TORPY, JJ., concur.
