J.W.M. v. The STATE of Florida

PER CURIAM. Reversed. See L.D.L v. State of Florida, 569 So.2d 1310, 1312 (Fla. 1st DCA 1990)(reversing conviction for criminal trespass holding that the landlord of the housing project did not have a right to deny L.D.L. entry because he was on the property based upon a tenant’s invitation).
