Douglas Montgomery LLOYD v. The STATE of Florida

PER CURIAM. Under the state’s proper confession of error, we vacate the defendant’s conviction and 366-day suspended sentence for possession of a firearm. In all other respects, we affirm. See Perez v. State, 648 So.2d 715 (Fla.1995); State v. Hernandez, 841 So.2d 469 (Fla. 3d DCA 2002).
