Casero v. Martinez

PER CURIAM. The summary judgment is affirmed on authority of Spector v. Ahrenholz, 107 So.2d 34, 36 (Fla. 3d DCA 1958); see also Mills v. Mills, 112 So.2d 298 (Fla. 2d DCA 1959); Rappaport v. Kalstein, 156 Fla. 722, 24 So.2d 301 (1946). It is our view that the trial court correctly applied the principles described in those decisions to the case now before us. Affirmed.
