AMY, Judge. For reasons assigned in the companion case of Lacassane Co., Inc. v. Jardin Minerals Co., 02-1491 (La.App. 3 Cir.5/28/03); 847 So.2d 704, 2003 WL 21229567, the summary judgment granted by the trial court is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are assigned to the appellants, BAAL Land Corporation, BAAL Minerals, Inc., KGB/KB Trust, KGB/KL Trust, KGB/LE Trust, KGB/AM Trust, Bruiere Minerals Co., Ronald F. Brewer and Katherine G. Brewer. AFFIRMED.
