Vasquez v. State

PER CURIAM. We reverse the conviction and sentence of appellant based upon our recent decision of Vasquez v. State, 830 So.2d 929, 932 (Fla. 4th DCA 2002), in which we reversed the conviction of appellant’s co-defendant wife, and remanded for a new trial. Because the defenses of both parties were intertwined, the same error on which we reversed in the wife’s case requires a new trial in this case. WARNER, KLEIN and SHAHOOD, JJ., concur.
