Harris v. State

PER CURIAM. We affirm the trial court’s denial of Kenneth Harris’ rule 3.800(a) motion, but remand for correction of the scoresheet error which resulted from the consolidation of Harris’ 1994 and 1999 offenses on a single scoresheet. See Mortimer v. State, 770 So.2d 743, 744 (Fla. 4th DCA 2000); Ivy v. State, 754 So.2d 776 (Fla. 4th DCA 2000). FARMER, C.J., GUNTHER and GROSS, JJ., concur.
