| WOODARD, Judge. For the reasons assigned this day in Bonin v. Ferrellgas, 02-1031, 855 So.2d 781 (La.App. 3 Cir. 8/6/03), we reverse the [821] judgment of the trial court, and cast the costs of this appeal on Empire. REVERSED AND RENDERED.
