ADV-CARE PHARMACY, INC. v. STATE of Florida, Department of Health

PER CURIAM. The petition for review of nonfinal action is denied because petitioner has not demonstrated an injury which cannot be remedied on appeal from a final order. Corn v. Department of Legal Affairs, 368 So.2d 591 (Fla.1979). ERVIN, BARFIELD and POLSTON, JJ., concur.
