PER CURIAM.
In light of our decision on the plenary appeal, Sidran v. E.I. Dupont De Nemours & Co., 866 So.2d 79, 2003 WL 22799515 (Fla. 3d DCA, November 26, 2003), we reverse the trial court’s order granting the appellee’s motion for attorney’s fees.
Reversed.
