Stewart v. State

PER CURIAM. We affirm appellant’s conviction of exploitation of elderly person, but reverse his conviction of grand theft because the crimes involved one act of taking the same property and therefore violated double jeopardy. Thomason v. State, 790 So.2d 1189 (Fla. 4th DCA 2001). Affirmed in part and reversed in part. POLEN, KLEIN and HAZOURI, JJ., concur.
