Willie Lee STEVENS v. STATE of Florida

WOLF, C.J. We find that the State failed to prove appellant’s violations of community control were willful. We, therefore, reverse the order of violation. See Copeland v. State, 864 So.2d 1197 (Fla. 1st DCA 2004). PADOVANO and POLSTON, JJ., concur.
