Affirmed. See Floyd v. Fed. Nat’l Mortgage Ass’n, 704 So.2d 1110, 1112 (Fla. 5th DCA 1998); Canzoniero v. Canzoniero, 305 So.2d 801, 803 (Fla. 4th DCA 1975). See also Estate of Bateman, 290 So.2d 528 (Fla. 3d DCA 1974)(record shows that executor made diligent efforts to locate heir).
