Earl Nathan STROM v. DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION
PER CURIAM.
Upon appellee’s confession of error, the final order is reversed and the cause is remanded for further proceedings. See Resort Sales Int’l, Inc. v. Florida Dep’t of Bus. & Profl Regulation, 795 So.2d 1040 (Fla. 1st DCA2001).
REVERSED AND REMANDED.
