Barbara J. PEREZ v. FIRST STATE BANK OF THE FLORIDA KEYS and Florida Unemployment Appeals Commission

PER CURIAM. Because competent and substantial evidence supports the referee’s conclusion that the appellant voluntarily left her job for good cause attributable to her employer, we REVERSE the Commission’s order. See Fillmore v. Unemployment Appeals Commission, 873 So.2d 1256 (Fla. 1st DCA 2004). BOOTH, BARFIELD and ALLEN, JJ., CONCUR.
