Bullard v. State

PER CURIAM. Appellant, James L. Bullard, seeks review of an order denying his petition for writ of mandamus to compel the Florida Department of Corrections [“DOC”] to award him additional credits for time served and gain time. We have examined the DOC’s calculations and find no error. See Hodgdon v. State, 789 So.2d 958 (Fla.2001). AFFIRMED. GRIFFIN, THOMPSON and PALMER, JJ., concur.
