Gruenbaum v. State

PER CURIAM. Affirmed. Appellant’s claim that the rule of sequestration was violated is refuted by Nieves v. State, 739 So.2d 125 (Fla. 5th DCA 1999). His claim that the state committed a discovery violation is not preserved and, in any event, the violation was not prejudicial. WARNER, GROSS and MAY, JJ., concur.
