Protegrity Services, Inc. v. Brehm

PER CURIAM. We withdraw our earlier opinion in this matter, Protegrity Services, Inc. v. Brehm, 901 So.2d 150 (Fla. 5th DCA 2005), and remand this matter for further consideration in light of the supreme court’s recent decision in Aguilera v. Inservices, Inc., 905 So.2d 84 (Fla.2005). REMANDED. THOMPSON, ORFINGER and TORPY, JJ., concur.
