PER CURIAM. By motion, the parties to this administrative appeal have informed this Court that a transcript of the proceedings that resulted in the order here on review cannot be produced. Accordingly, we reverse and remand for a hearing de novo. N. Dade Sec. Ltd. v. Dep’t of State, Div. of Licensing, 530 So.2d 1040 (Fla. 1st DCA 1988). REVERSED.
