SULLIVAN, Judge. For the reasons assigned in Gunderson v. F.A. Richard & Associates, Inc., CW05-917 (La.App. 3 Cir. 8/23/06), 937 So.2d 916, 2006 WL 2422872, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
