STATE OF FLORIDA v. ELIZABETH ILENE MONTGOMERY
PER CURIAM.
We reverse the order granting the defendant’s motion to suppress based on State v. Watt, 946 So.2d 108 (Fla. 5th DCA 2007), and remand the case to the trial court for further proceedings.
REVERSED and REMANDED.
