Flowers v. State

PER CURIAM. Ernest Flowers (“Flowers”), seeks cer-tiorari review of the trial court’s order summarily denying his Rule 3.850 Motion for Post-conviction relief. We treat Flowers’ petition as a notice of appeal and affirm. Fla. R.App. P. 9.040(c). Affirmed.
